Tim is the best! Last year he dropped everything during the holidays to come help me fix a busted water pipe when the temp. Dropped below freezing. Last week, he cleverly fixed my 20 year old AC/heat unit (which literally saved me 1,000's. His experience, knowledge, honesty and integrity are attributes I really appreciate the most and find invaluable. He will take care of his customers because he cares.

Tim was great to work with. He communicates well, is on time, works quickly and gives good advice, and does great work. He is friendly and can do about anything you need around your house or business. He even had a 3 year (my son) trying to help him and he had a good time with him. I will recomend his work to all my friends and family.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There's really no complication, I charge a trip/diagnostic fee that covers my time to come see you and (if applicable) diagnose and quote. The most honest way of pricing is time+materials. This is the most fair pricing for us and the customer-nobody wins or loses like with bid work.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I loved to fix things and as I got better at what I did I then loved to help people. I enjoy seeing happy people and building relationships.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We do anything from changing a lightbulb to major system replacement picking up your morning newspaper on the way in and offering to take the trash on the way out! What I tell my clients is if they need something done call me and if I don't do it chances are I know someone who does and does the same caliber work I do.
