This is a family business that won't tie you up with voice mail and red tape. Richard rearranged his schedule to push up my previous appointment with him because the leak, which was a slow drip, was getting worse. He is knowledgeable, professional and punctual. He explained everything to us, guaranteed his work and his price was reasonable. He came highly recommended by friends, and I also recommend him.
