Poor job, dishonest advertising, unresponsive and lacking integrity. Did a shoddy job installing a driveway. Within 2 weeks, I was seeing things that were concerning (grass shooting up through the middle of the asphalt pad, messy edges, swelling spots from dirt/clay mixed into the asphalt, etc.). Not only did they ghost me, but when I finally did get ahold of Myer, he became aggressive and obstinate. He told me I’m “not a professional” and when I pressed further, threatened that any pursuit of legal justice “would cost me twice as much”. Look further into Lees before you do anything; They’ve been known under different names before and have a history of poor work, they don’t have a physical location, are unwilling to share project details like where they bought asphalt and what grade, and the cherry on top- there’s no evidence they are licensed as they claim to be. It’s just not worth it- find someone else who is reputable.

The pictures you have provided looks normal besides minor grass and grass is stubborn has to be dealt with applying minor weed killers asphalt is not perfect for example you can see on the roads and interstate lane ways asphalt becomes smoother with use

Did a terrible job, then never would commit to coming back to fix. Had footprints in the finished product, wavy finish, rocks poking through, water pooling all over. Had to threaten to call everyone under the sun and sue just to get them back out to do a terrible repair on 1 of 10 things wrong. All while the owner would randomly come up to me preaching about god and doing the right thing.
