- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are 2 categories for pricing, estimates and service calls. Service calls are for repairs. The fee is $125, plus parts and labor. If we make the repair, we will waive the service call fee. Often times we can make the repair on our first visit. If not, we will give you a quote and schedule the work at another time. Estimates are for new installations such as having new lights added or wiring an addition or a hot tub. Estimates are free. We will come to your home or buisness and provide an on-site estimate. If we come to an agreement on the price, we will schedule the work at another time. Some projects can be done at the time as the quote, such as adding a simple outlet. We offer competitive pricing with discounts for seniors, military, and first time home owners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We respond promptly to all requests for services and our friendly staff will be happy to schedule a service call, whether it is via email or by phone. A quote will be provided once our service technicians have assessed the project or diagnosed the issue. If your project can be completed within the 2 hour window set aside for your service appointment we will complete your project the same day. Projects requiring additional time will be scheduled at the customer's convenience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner/operator has completed four years of American Builders and Contractors training and has a limited licensed electrician certification. In addition, he has worked in the industry for over 25 years continuously.
