Dakota was incredible to work with! Rare these days. He went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He was patient and understanding while helping me find the door I liked within my budget and aesthetic. He searched for comparable doors and best prices from picture examples I sent him. He maintained excellent communication while waiting for the door vendor to manufacture my door (custom size 16x10) Installation day he and his partner worked diligently and he paid attention to every detail (so important to me) even making sure he color matched screws to my white trim. And making some unexpected modifications per my request. Always calm, levelheaded, kind and understanding. Joe is also very nice and great to work with. Thank you guys so much! Looks incredible.

Highly recommend East TN Garage Door & Repair. Came and replaced the garage door opener at my moms house. They didn't try and sale her something she didn't need, they investigated the problem and let her know the problem. They are very professional, have a great work ethic and communication. Came when they said they would and installed a new opener. Down loaded the opener app on her phone and showed her how to use it and connected her phone to the opener. They tried numerous times to get her vehicle programed to the opener but unfortunately it's too old. They even went back and studied training manuals for a solution.Give them a call, you will not be disappointed.

I have been living in a construction zone for almost a year and a half now. I can honestly say that East Tennessee Garage Door & Repair was one of the best sub contractors on my job site and, by far, the best communicators. I received a text prior to the tech arriving and the owner called me two days later just to make sure everything went well and there were no issues. They saved me several hours of time trying to figure out and fix my garage door. I highly recommend the team!
