Cilla is fabulous! She came to my new home to help me choose colors and with design ideas and wow did she over-deliver! We even went to see some paint colors in person on the cabinets. I generally meet with clients in their home to determine scope of work. At that point in time we will agree on a set fee for services delivered or on an hourly rate.
