- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. We price lawns per square foot for mowing, aeration, seeding and other services. Additionally, we price stump grinding per inch depending on whether the tree was a hard or soft wood.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We answer request and give an estimate of service over the phone or via email based on standard pricing for services. When needed, we travel to customer's location for a free in person estimate. We then invoice via QuickBooks once job is complete and customer can pay via Credit Card or Check.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cathy and Joe are both College Graduates in non-related fields. Joe additionally has a Master's Degree and many Army leadership schools in his background which helps us recruit and train talented and respectful employees.
