Came during the big freeze and thaw at Xmas Eve 2022 to turn off the water and keep the house from further damage. Repaired broken pipes and upgraded shabby installation from prior installation by another plumber. Came back and rehabilitated HVAC system that was shoddily installed by another contractor.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Worked for me a few times once Came to change out water heater to tankless water heater and did a great job. Came out another time to clear my main drain. 10/10

Response: 2 stars Initially, Cameron responded within an hour. After he was paid slow response then no response. Quality Work: 1 Star The tub filler is not touching the wall. There should either be a plate to fill in the open space or there should be no space. The hold Cameron cut to access the plumbing is still exist and he has not responded to my text message about repairing it. Deep sigh…I appreciate the service that Thumbtack offers and of my 6 years using Thumbtack, I’ve only had 2 bad experiences, this one included. I take responsibility as I didn’t complete the inspection before Cameron left my Mother’s home. We had a verbal agreement that evening that he would speak with man to repair the sheetrock and the cost wouldn’t be over $50 but Cameron would cover that from the $400 paid for the plumb job. Did I pay $400 for the job? Yes, trusting that he would finish the job. Cameron has not responding to my text message asking finishing the job; however, he did request that I review him. So, I’m disappointing giving an honest review. The job was rescheduled from Thursday to Friday, November 18, 2022 at 11:00 AM. Cameron arrived at 11:47. I took no issue as things can come up. The job that was to be 3 to 4 hours took 6 hours and 43 minutes. So, I had to cancel a job late notice because Cameron left 3 times and this prolonged the job. Initial arrival: 11:47 Departed 12:03 PM (unknown) Return 1:08 Departed 2:41 (Take a colleague a part and his lunch) Return 4:35 Departed 5:00. (Hardware Store) Return 5:53 Final Departure 6:31 Cameron was polite but lacks integrity as the job was not properly done and incomplete and he has not responded. Have I considered doing a stop payment, yes. Because I have to secure another plumber to correct what Cameron didn’t do along with paying to have my Mother’s wall repaired. And with all that, I missed working because a 3 to 4 hours job took 6 hours and 43 minutes. Cameron is polite and for that I give him 5 stars. But overall quality work, communication, and ethics - ONE STAR.

My response was solely based on my schedule now that you trying to make me seem like I did bad quality work or didn’t complete the job the job was completed shower valve was installed and strapped. I assured no leaks from any of my connections. Yes the job took longer than expected due to limited to work space it was super cluttered in the small area in between a washer ,dryer rack and cornered to a wall. I took my time to ensure I was doing a good job. I never cover sheet rock repair out of the cost of my work especially of a 400$ tub an shower valve that would normally run you 600$ without Sheetrock repair. Also as I was leaving we did have a verbal agreement that I would speak with my Sheetrock guy but you said you were going to repair the hole if he charged too much to repair it. (2x2 hole that was covered and sealed by me before leaving). I’m sorry your my first unhappy customer.
