In the middle of the hottest month Aire Serv of Memphis came the same day I called for help with our air conditioner. I got a text message with a photo of the technician and some information about him before he came out and I thought that was really awesome. Patrich was our technician, he was very courteous, worked quickly and explained everything he was doing. He is very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and took his time to explain all of the issues that were going on.I was very happy that Aire Serv of Memphis honored the warranty we had from Aire Serv Desoto that went out of business. We will absolutely call Aire Serv Memphis again if we need help with our HVAC system.

I contacted the company by email on a Saturday morning after I was referred by my home warranty company to use their services for the FIRST TIME. The website shows they are opened 24 hours. An employee named Tina responded via email and said that the company does not service home warranty calls on the weekends. I received no further explanation about why that was an issue..... My AC was out and my home remained at 80-81 degrees for 3 days until I received a call on Monday to schedule an appointment. After reading the previous customer comment, I was wondering why that family was put on an emergency call list with the same issue on the same day within a matter of a few minutes and I wasnt treated with the same courtesy or efficient service? First impressions are very lasting and so are reviews. Nevertheless, the service tech appeared at my house on Tuesday. He did a good job with repairing my AC. He was very thorough and professional.

Outstanding service!!!! I called as my AC was out and it was 80+ degrees in the house. The lady in the phone places my call as an emergency fix order, and I was floored. 5minutes later, I received a call from the tech and 20 minutes later he was here!!!!! Jacob came out and did a FANTASTIC JOB!!!! He double checked I. Inside unit to ensure it was working properly, found and replaced a part outside and even spoke with me about the annual service contracts, which I went ahead and got!Fantastic job Jacob!!!!! Thank you very much!!!!!
