I was thoroughly pleased with Oscar and his expeditious repair of my upstairs unit. He responded within minutes of my inquiry, worked me in the following day, and diagnosed and repaired the issue within approximately 30 -45 minutes of his arrival. He explained what the issue was and what was needed for the repair. He was kind and professional. I plan to use this company again in the future for any of my AC needs.

Issue turned out to be electrical not the actual airconditioning unit. Oscar took the time to explain what was needed from an electrician. Definitely recommend Allegiant for HVAC needs.

They showed up as promised; even showed up early because they finished the other job early. They fixed/ replaced a bad control board and I had had two other people look at it but didn’t fix it. So I’m grateful because it was just prior to temp dropping to 20. Heat and AC works great now. Grateful
