- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do a lot of bricking and concert and I would like to see the job simply because you have to see what is really going on and some people spend more money taking a quote and the job doesn't cost that much.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know the customer, making them feel as conthable as I can letting them know I am going to give them the best job that I can.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 year's in school 30 ago and then I was in the Union and in others field then for myself.
