- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Always compare at least two pricing schedules to arrive at the fairest price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial meeting to get the particulars. Usually a follow up to reassure we are both on the same page and set the schedule, making sure the customer is the least misplaced as possible. Always insuring functionality over weekends and being on the job till finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started in High school with wood shop. Been building all my life. Spent 12 years in the casino industry running custom Architectural Theme and Millwork crews. Also worked on the Wonders Series and many museums.
