Mr. Alvarado and his crew did an excellent job on our property. His crew was hired to paint the inside and outside of our house in order to get it ready to sell. There was also some repair work that needed to be done on a covered patio. The job, both outside and inside was done quickly and very nicely. I hired him because I felt that he was interested in what I wanted done. Out of 3 people I interviewed, he was the only one that followed up to be sure that his quotes what what I needed. Very personable and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing painting or repair work done.

JA Property does excellent work and were a joy to work with. I highly recommend the multiple services they provide.
