- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Well is very simple we offer Zelle and cash transactions with no taxes or extra fees we have also cash app, Venmo, PayPal, invoice online, accept credit cards but we add fees and taxes due to processing and transfer. Some project require down payment other 30% down or depends how we communicate with the customer can vary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I understand how difficult is to trust and feel overwhelming when you see everything apart more when we have to demo a whole room or bathroom to transform it but trust us check our pass jobs, we have reference from old customer and also you can have ideas from our old projects and the most important trust the process you won’t be disappointed with the final result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did high school I just didn’t graduate, I did course of carpentry at California, I been working with many different people learning different ways since I been 16-17 years now I’m 25 and a business owner
