I was out of town and had to have a young helper let him in and facilitate phone communication with me. He was unable to fix the problem because of the type of doors and locks required. He was helpful however in explaining all of that to me and referring me to someone else.

I had 6 locks rekeyed to my home and I loved the whole experience! The initial call they were polite and kept me updated with ETA texts until the tech made it to me! The tech was also very knowledgeable of everything he was doing and he was respectful. Thank you iN Locksmith Service and I do recommend their services!

Customer Service was very friendly. Gave me options to choose from. Honest about what should or should not be. Called today and had someone to come out the same day in the time that they gave me. Service man was nice and informed me on exactly what he was going to do how long it would take. The day I was having the professionalism and caring about a potential client was great and helped put me in a better place. Thank you!!! Would definitely recommend their service and will be spreading the word. And they were the most affordable on that I talkedto. Satisfied on every level !!! A Link has my business for life. Check them out when looking for a locksmith. You will be glad you did.

Very professional and quick, I waited most of the day for another service to come which decided NOT to answer my calls anymore. Three hours before PS was closing I called iN locksmith service they came within 30 minutes and it took 5 minutes to get the lock (cylinder) off. When you need a locksmith call iN locksmith service!! THEY ARE GOOD!!

I am so glad I called iN Locksmith! They gave me excellent customer service from the beginning to the end. They let me know what it would cost to re-key my 6 doors before they came out and the price didnt change! I called late(4:00 pm) and the young man was at my home the same evening. He was very respectful and made sure that my husband and I understood everything he was doing and why. My locks work perfectly and Judah even gave us tips on how to keep them working fine. If you want excellent service, call them!
