- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With any new subscription, you'll get to choose about $1000-2000 worth of equipment, personalizing it based on the security vulnerabilities of your particular home. Any additional equipment you want will be additional charges. New subscriptions are based on good credit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a simple ********** to get the install scheduled and the first set of security equipment ordered depending on how many doors and windows you have, how many cameras you want, etc. Typically the tech is installing everything the next day. It's just that easy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both Safe Haven sales reps and install techs are licensed by the state. We are trained in helping home owners and small business owners think through the security vulnerabilities of their place so that they can begin to think about how to help protect it.
