- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do give a 25% discount for first time customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the customer in their office or place of their choosing. Then we talk a little about the problem and discuss what route we both need to take to get the perfect website.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Computer Science from the School of Engineering at the University of Mississippi. Also have 6 years of experience with websites.
