- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is different for every customer. We like to know more about each project and the goals of the client in order to ensure they receive a document that best reflects them while helping to accomplish their goal/goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied English extensively throughout my high school and college years, earning a Bachelor’s degree in English from a top 25 school in the southwest region (Christian Brothers University). In addition, I have 18 years of executive-level writing/editing and 8 years of management/corporate work experience.
