Jamie was very knowledgeable and courteous. He understood exactly what we needed and definitely went above and beyond when setting up our cloud backup service! I would say that the only thing that could be improved would probably be that he doesn't have more staff and the scheduling was tight. Other than that Jamie did a wonderful job! Thank You!

I had Jamie Privett work on my Dell laptop by remote- it was having connectivity issues- he went above and beyond to listen to me carefully, answer my questions thoroughly, and educate me on all my options as he worked through my computer difficulties! He even stayed on the job when it took longer than expected AND guaranteed his work!!!

    Talk to the Technician and get a feel for his general attitude toward the issue at hand. A good Tech will almost always sound excited to be able to help you resolve your Issues!

    I want the customers all to know that I take my job very serious and I always research every service requests to see if I can find better ways to fix problems and also ways to prevent any future problems!
