I was so worried as I could not find anyone to come help me with my electrical, wood working, tiling, and plumbing needs as I was putting in a new deck, gazebo, and whole gut and replacement of a kitchen area. I am way out in the middle of nowhere in the mountains and never figured anyone would have responded. The next day I got a response from the contractor above and he came out the same day.

I must tell you that he has been a God send! Not only did he do an excellent job on my electrical needs and the fact that I liked his meticulous work so much that I ended up using him to do our kitchen and other needs as well.

We replaced out kitchen and we put in very high end cabinets countertops, hood, and appliances. We could not be happier and I believe the pictures will speak for themselves.

Miguel was easy to work with. He made the whole process a comfortable experience. He was not intimidating. Being a single female not knowing much about flooring he explained everything in detail. He was patient. He and his family, that work with him, are people with integrity. If he was going to be late (rarely— half-hour) he would contact you so you would not wonder if they were going to show up to work that day or not. (I’ve had plenty of those experiences) He constantly stayed in touch throughout the two week process. He always showed up. Their work ethic and integrity is a breath of fresh air. If he anticipated a problem he talked to me beforehand so that there were no surprises and he let me decide whether we proceed/change/or stop the procedure and modify it. He and his family were extremely professional and would definitely hire them again. I only wish I posted this awhile ago. Use this company.

I needed a handyman for a few projects at my rental in East Tennessee. I currently reside in Nashville and had no contacts. I used Thumbtack and immediately received a response from Miguel. He gave me a very reasonable estimate. We agreed and I hired him on the spot. When I met him at the property, he was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly knocked out the first couple of items. This led to me adding additional items to the list. He worked with my tenants to get access based on their schedule. I am very pleased with his work. He is now locked in my phone as my East Tennessee Handyman. Miguel has been able to handle everything I've given him to date.
