Whitney went above an beyond for our ceremony vows. We wanted alittle bit of a twist with some whiskey unity shots. I have a flat fee I charge for my notary work and officiating. I will charge extra based on the distance I have to drive to you for notary work. For officiating, I will also charge extra if I have to come to rehearsal.
