- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need to see the logo if you have one or what you are putting on the items. Are you supplying or do you want us to source the goods. ~How many are you doing.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Any type you can think of. From a single person needing just a name on an item to the largest hospital chain in the nation; professional musicians for touring goods; uniforms for company employees; etc. No job too small or big.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
For embroidery be sure they include the set up charge (if applicable) and how many stitches the price includes. Many start add on cost per 1,000 stitches after 6,000; we go up to 8,000 before additional costs because that covers most logos for left chest.
