Mr. Riherd is an outstanding person as well as craftsman. He sets & keeps his appointments on time as promised, providing prompt, efficient & reasonably priced service throughout. In our case, he identified the problem we were experiencing in our bathroom, the extent of our problem & provided photos & an accurate estimate of time, materials & cost by the 1st days end. This was especially beneficial to my wife & I as we both work & had very limited time to view same during the day & were able to make the decision to provide repairs promptly. The work progressed efficiently & needed repairs were provided as promised & within cost estimates. Workmanship & the manner in which Mr. Riherd conducted his business were beyond reproach in any manner, shape or form. Mr. Riherd is an honest & caring professional in every respect & we plan to utilize his talents again later this Summer for work needed in our kitchen & dining areas. I would & will highly recommend his services to anyone.

I met Mr. Riherd this week for the first time to come by my home to evaluate a problem & recommend a fix for a bathroom plumbing & flooring problem I had. He arrived promptly at the appointed day & time & immediately got into my situation. I was impressed with his sincerity, business manner, price quote, & efficiency. He is scheduled to begin work on my project this coming Wednesday & I will evaluate Mr. Riherd further upon his completion of work. My early impression is very favorable.

I would like to say it was a good experiance but he never showed up at our onfirmed meeting time. I took off of work to meet and was never notified he was not coming so i lost time from work. I dont mind a missed appointment but notification would be appreciated. I cannot say i would recommend him

My apologies for not making our appointment. I got involved in another clients job that had possible major repercussions on the families health and I honestly FORGOT!! If you have anything you need some in the future I will gladly give you up to $100 off to compensate you for your missed work time. I understand how frustrated you must have been. Jason did a great job repairing damage caused by a leaking urinal in my warehouse facility. He was extremely professional, courteous and did an exceptional job repairing the holes and water damage. He made three separate trips to ensure the dry-wall was repaired properly and charged a fair rate.
I will use him here at work and personally going forward.
