PureHome is my favorite contractor I have worked with! These guys are not just concerned with taking the job and making a buck- they truly care about quality of life and the health and well-being of their clients. Brian was amazing, he helped me and my family out when we were totally distraught over our homes condition a few weeks after we moved in!! He showed us everything he had done, the levels before and then after, and just to put my mind at ease retested the air to make sure it was safe for my children! I would highly recommend him!! I would highly recommend this service. Brian Price has a very welcoming personality, and he made us feel comfortable. He is very transparent about his services and cares about the quality of work he leaves behind. He possesses strong interpersonal skills, is highly communicative, and punctual. After the mediation, he checked in to ensure the results met his standards. Upon returning home after the treatment, our allergies subsided, and our breathing improved significantly. Side note: Our dog seemed to like him, which says a lot because my dog typically has a lot of anxiety with visitors .

Brian did a great job solving some mold issues at my rental property at a very reasonable price. He was quick to get over there and give an estimate and to come back and do the work. He communicated everything clearly and is sending before and after samples as well to confirm the work. I’d definitely recommend Pure Home to you!

I just returned (August 2023) from an 11-month Army deployment in Eastern Europe. Sometime in early January, my pipes froze and burst, flooding my Clarksville home—a nightmare I deduced from my January water bill, which was over 100 times higher than usual. ServPro assessed remediation at nearly $50,000, and my insurance refused to cover the damage. With limited communication 5,000 miles away, I was frustrated, anxious, and unsure how to proceed. Thankfully, some friends in Knoxville found Pure Home Complete for me. I obviously wasn’t around to see Pure Home in action, but my friends extolled how professional and thorough Hugh and Brian were. I’ve spoken with Pure Home twice (once in June; once a few minutes ago) and and was pleased with their courtesy and consideration. They even offered me a military discount. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rather than spend $10’s of $1000’s and throw away precious belongings, for $1.65 per sq. ft., our service denatures all mold, pathogens, bacteria, viruses, and even some VOC's from your home. (Ask us about our discounts and referral program.)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our FREE consultation includes Attic-to Crawlspace inspection, after which we would discuss any findings, such as leaks in roof, plumbing, lay of the land, etc. If there are no visible signs of mold, we can do an Air Quality Test and have the results back in 2-3 days. We would have a follow up to discuss results and how to proceed.
