Ryan installed our new HVAC the week before Christmas and did a great job. The thermostat for our new unit was defective, but he was able to put a temporary thermostat on so we would have heat right away until the new part was available. We should be having the correct thermostat installed later this week and so far the HVAC has been running excellent. Just updating to add that Jacob has been super helpful as well with our initial estimate and replacing the new thermostat.
