Five start all the way !!! My ac unit was making a high pitch sound and not running properly, I had a few other companies come take a look and they all said I needed a new unit! I was sure I didnt and Im glad I trusted my gut. I gave it another shot and called True North to take a look, they fixed the problem for under $300 and my unit is running beautifully! Thank you for taking care of us!

Cannot recommend True North Heating and AirConditioning enough! Matt did an amazing job and was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. He went above and beyond, and by the time he was finished, our unit genuinely looked brand new. The attention to detail and quality of his work really stood out, and its refreshing to work with a company that clearly takes pride in what they do. Matthew was fantastic. He made time for us in his schedule right away, cleaned and tested both of our units inside and out, and gave us customer-specific advice about maintaining our HVAC. He was refreshingly honest about what the best options are for our home. I really appreciate that he didn't pitch any of the "tiered plan" nonsense or try to upsell us on services we don't need. He was honest and straightforward, and sent pictures of all the different parts of our units and their condition. Our system is running as good as new in the middle of a massive heatwave. I cannot recommend True North highly enough!
