We hired Alaniz Concrete to construct a patio off of our porch. We had some major drainage problems in our yard. Tons of standing water when it rained, which essentially turned our yard into one big swamp. They were able to put a drain underneath the patio so everything drains properly (yay!). It looks great, and they were very respectful and got the project done quickly, even with many rainy days. They gave us a very fair price and cleaned up the jobsite nicely. Would recommend to anyone!

I found Daniel and his team easy to get along with, professional in their approach. Daniel constructed a 16 ft x 16ft raised concrete pad fully reinforced with perimeter foundations extending 24 “ below grade. He has a strong work ethic and made the job look simple even though the weather made it harder. I would recommend him again without hesitation for additional work. In fact in March 2026 he will complete phase 2 of the project with a driveway extension, concrete stairs and landing. Well done !!!

Daniel responded to my search for a concrete company to prepare the site,form, install gravel ,rebar for a 2000 square foot concrete slab.I am very happy with the results of the job.He was very good at responding to phone calls and texts in a timely manner.He showed up with his crew when he said he would ,even though this job site was a two hour drive.Him and his crew were very skilled at using both skid steers and excavators for site prep in a confined space without hitting anything.They did a good job installing the large rebar grid.There were seven skilled workers the day of the pour, did an excellent job finishing the concrete ,removing forms and cleaned up the site.Him and his crew were easy to work with and I would recommend Alaniz Elite Concrete LLC to someone needing skilled concrete work.
