Daniel did a great job extending our concrete patio. He was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. He was on time and finished the job with a complete cleanup.

We hired Alaniz team for a 2nd time to extend the patio even more than the originally patio he laid back in June. He was careful to assure the patio looked seamless and intentional. He completed the work on time and did a great job cleaning up.

We hired Alaniz Concrete to construct a patio off of our porch. We had some major drainage problems in our yard. Tons of standing water when it rained, which essentially turned our yard into one big swamp. They were able to put a drain underneath the patio so everything drains properly (yay!). It looks great, and they were very respectful and got the project done quickly, even with many rainy days. They gave us a very fair price and cleaned up the jobsite nicely. Would recommend to anyone!

I found Daniel and his team easy to get along with, professional in their approach. Daniel constructed a 16 ft x 16ft raised concrete pad fully reinforced with perimeter foundations extending 24 “ below grade. He has a strong work ethic and made the job look simple even though the weather made it harder. I would recommend him again without hesitation for additional work. In fact in March 2026 he will complete phase 2 of the project with a driveway extension, concrete stairs and landing. Well done !!!
