Derek B. says, "Green Elite did a FANTASTIC job for us on Memorial Day weekend (Saturday). They were incredibly responsive from my initial outreach on Thumbtack and communicated very well after getting some morning rain. That did not deter them. We agreed to delay showing up for a few hours while the rain passed. Showed up exactly on time and I asked them to do some extra work that we hadn’t talked about. Of course, I insisted that we negotiate a new price for the extra work. Had a great attitude about it and said “let’s do it!”. They pulled a bunch of weeds from our landscape beds, planted about 15 landscape items that we had bought previously and dug up 6 old rose bushes. Went out and looked at everything after they finished and they had put down about 10 or 15 bags of mulch from our garage that I said would be a project for a later date. They went way above and beyond to make sure we were happy and everything looked pristine. (Of course, I happily paid them extra for the extra work. They did not request it. They more than earned it, though.) Could not be any more happy with the work that they did for us. Highly recommend giving Green Elite a chance to earn your business. I think you will be very happy with their professionalism, value and work ethic. I know we will be a repeat customer."See more
