I'm building a house, and they were extremely responsive at getting me an estimate, and they were even proactive in making sure I didn't forget about them through the process. In the end, I hired a neighbor, since they gave me an unbeatable deal, but I would definitely use White Oak in the future and recommend others to give them a call.
