This has been the most unprofessional experience I’ve had. We had agreed on a price and date, and gone over specific details for the project. This agreement was contingent on a start date that was very important. I called again three days out to confirm the start date and all was well. Then the day before, he canceled and rescheduled for a week later. One week later on the new day he was supposed to work I got a text that the price was going to increase, based on information I already gave him 10 days prior. When no one came without notice they would again miss, I left 2 calls and a voicemail that was never returned. I was really disappointed, because I had high hopes from the promises that were given.

We had this on schedule for May 25. It rained the entire week and we were not able to get our machines on the property. He originally asked for a regular stone paver patio, then changed his preference to porcelain pavers, which costed more and I texted him this and never got a response so we took them off of our schedule, due to us not coming to an agreement on price.
