Whether I am delivering a keynote address, teaching a class to professional, or working one-on-one, I put my heart into what I do to leave people in a better frame of mind than when I first begin to speak. I believe real communication is not about "fluff" but in giving real-world tip to success.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Much of the fee is dependent upon the time of training at the conference, as well as whether a unique (new) presentation is to be scripted. Nonetheless, a presentation can be crafted for your company or event that will fit its budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Blaine has been a corporate business trainer for a decade. He is certified with Tennessee Association of Realtor as a trainer. He was the in-house sales manager for a RE/Max franchise. He is a certified trainer with the National Association of Realtors, but real estate is not all he does. He has crossed the country speaking to business people on a variety of subjects.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Coming from a real estate background, I have written and teach several State certified classes for licensing continuing education. Attendees always enjoy my classes. I also have a lot of experience to pull from for other fields of business. Public speaking is something I am good at, and enjoy.
