In 2014, I was really struggling with the direction of my career and even my personal goals for the next year. Jake sat me down and took a sincere interest in my life's current events, and then he helped me create a plan to get out of my rut. After 4 sessions we worked on my resume' and interview skills. I'm happy to report that in December I accepted a job offer that was a $14k raise for me, as well as a big confidence boost. I plan on using his coaching programs in 2015 for some traveling and exploration wish-lists.

Jake provided life coaching services while I pursued a career change and relocation. He asked insightful questions that helped me figure out which path was best for me short-term and long-term, and ensured I focused on all aspects of the transition (including financial/practical considerations) instead of being driven solely by emotion. His step by step approach helped me tackle a huge change in small, manageable pieces and allowed me to focus and be productive despite the anxiety/uncertainty I was feeling. Overall, it was a great experience. I was new to life coaching, but now realize how helpful it can be to have someone help you create structure in the midst of chaos.
