What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that I do charge a fee for each document that I stamp, I charge a travel fee (because I am mobile) and I charge a little extra for wittiness signatures.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would talk to the new customer on the phone or in person. I would definitely show them my Tennessee drivers license. I would find out what they need notarized, how many documents that needs signatures, I would ask if they have current government issued identification, where are they located and do their document require wittiness.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associate in science degree in business. I am affiliated with the National Notary Association. I am commissioned as a notary for the state of Tennessee.
