Joy to Swim

Introduction: I provide coaching, instructional swim lessons, both private and group for all levels and all ages, infant through adult. You are never too young or old to learn to swim. I provide stroke technique and water safety skills. I will also assist athletes with their training regimens to compete in the pool, and for open-water or triathlon swims.
