Remodeled my master bath and put new flooring in my second bath and half bath. Stevan was very professional and always kept me informed of what was going on. His work was up to my standards and at a price I was willing to pay. He also completed the job earlier than expected. I would recommend SD Construction and I will be calling him again when I need to.

Steve did a very good job of installing new wood floors in kitchen and dining room and tile in my bathroom. My house is log, so he had some problems to overcome, but he did it.

Stevan and his crew have been very nice to work with. He delivers a professional written proposal with a written description of the scope of the work, and a quote for the job that is clearly understood. He has a great amount of experience in remodeling and construction and utilizes this to help you achieve good results, and will make recommendations that will help you achieve a better result. I kindly suggest that you listen to him. He does not waste time or money and the job, and has an efficient work flow process. I run my business in a similar manner and respect those that do. Stevan did a great job replacing tiles in our bathroom shower and floor. He is very knowledgeable, dependable, and affordable.

My experience was only with Stevan, an employee of SD Construction. Stevan was always on time, answered questions, worked until 5:00pm, took a very brief lunch (five mins) on site and managed for himself in a professional manner. Even during amendments - halfway through the project - Stevan managed these obstacles with stride and poise. Bottom line: We’d hire him again and refer him to others!
