I recently had the pleasure of working with Mount Up Home Services to perform a rather intricate TV relocation and installation job at my residence. From the initial contact, they demonstrated professionalism and clear understanding of my requirements. Charles, the technician who was assigned to my project, truly went above and beyond. His knowledge and attention to detail were apparent from the start. Here's how the job was broken down: 55-inch TV relocation: Charles expertly unmounted the 55-inch TV from the lower floor bedroom and reassured me about the process. We discussed the ideal swivel mount for the back porch, which needed to swivel left, right, up, down, and tilt. Charles brought along a perfect mount that was suitable for the brick wall, showcasing his understanding of the task. 45-inch TV removal: The removal of the existing 45-inch TV from the back porch was done with care and efficiency. Charles took extra care to ensure that no damage occurred to the TV or the wall. 65-inch TV installation: Finally, Charles unboxed and set up the new 65-inch TV in the lower floor bedroom. Although there was no wall-mounting involved, his thoroughness in handling the TV and aligning it with the foot mounts on the cabinet was much appreciated. Throughout the process, Charles kept me informed and ensured that I was satisfied with the positioning and functionality of the TVs. I spoke with Mount Up on Sunday and the next day they were at my house. They removed my front porch light and replaced it with the new one I’d recently purchased. It was all done in 20 minutes. Not a tough job but I can understand why their rating is so high and I would absolutely hire them again! All that’s left now is for me to paint above the face plate as my old light had a longer plate. No biggie - I got house paint, tape, and brushes. Next weekends project. Thrilled with my new light . My house was recently painted so getting the new light up is like getting a perfect piece of Jewelry on the house. And at night, it is giving me more light than my old, outdated, fixture. Thank You Mount Up for putting the icing on the cake!
