Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I am a retired administrative assistant (40 years) who attended Vanderbilt on a Rockefeller scholarship and thereafter worked at Vanderbilt University Medical Center Research, Department of Nephrology Clinical Trials Center (10 years), Vanderbilt Temporary (secretarial) Services (5 yrs), Meharry Medical College Library and the Meharry Community Mental Health Center psychology and psychiatry for a total of 8 years. While at Vanderbilt, I was assigned the ultimate responsibility of coordinating the annual renowned Paul Teschan Lectureship, which is a grand meeting of researchers, professors, philanthropists, and aspiring physicians in the field of nephrology for the purpose of honoring Dr.Teschan's long-time contribution to nephrology and to share ideas, support, and communication regarding kidney technological and treatment advances, even with third-world countries. I coordinated everything, beginning with the travel of each dignitary from his/her country to the U.S. (his/her cuisine preference, favorite flowers, temperature preference for meeting room, etc.), TIO Lectureship seating, invitation design and self-printing. I earned this respected privilege from my coordinating the Clinical Journal Club meetings for 5 years, which are meetings in which professors lectured the interns and residents on chosen subjects they felt needed clarification or reinforcement. I am experienced in meeting deadlines, multitasking, researching, problem resolution, tutoring, personal assistance, medical terminology, word processing, transcription, correspondence, editing, and proofreading. I exemplify strong math skills and have studied 2 years of each of the following languages: French, Spanish, and German. I possess strong interpersonal skills as well as caretaking skills, which I have developed through being a wife, mother, a single, divorced parent, and now a grandmother as well as through the experiences from the employment I have been privileged to have, which includes taking care of three elderly women -- two I assisted for several months each to their deaths and one still lives at age 96. I have also worked several years as a legal secretary and as a bank/real estate secretary. I supplemented my education credits with an associate degree in fashion merchandising, being instructed in the first class of Karen Wedgeworth-Miller, wife of the late Dan Miller of Nashville Channel 4 News fame. I presently supplement my retirement income by employment with Uber and Lyft as a ride-share driver. Having played (violin) in the Cremona String Orchestra from its founding to 10 years later, my interests and abilities are far reaching, making the number of jobs I qualify to do and that I can perform quite well very surprising!
