- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Evolution. After working in Canada in radio, then in England in advertising as Creative Director/Senior Copywriter/Brand Strategist--and then moving to Nashville, I realized that the music business worked much differently...so I had to as well.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Think of yourself as a business, with music as your product. No other business just gives away things hoping someone will buy it the next time. Your product has value. Our job is to capitalize on that value to drive revenue...for YOU.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The music business is full of vultures. We're not one of them.
