I don't even know where to begin when it comes to Josh and his cooking skills!! First off let me say that I talked to and looked for a lot of private chefs for NYE and I'm so grateful that I chose Josh and vise versa! Not only is Josh one of the most incredible chefs I have met but he is also an incredible person! Me and 10 of my friends rented a cabin where I was told there would be ample plates and places to eat but that was not the case and he also worked in a bit of a dated kitchen but you would've never known it! He really worked with what he had and still made one of the most amazing meals I have eaten and I like to think that I'm quite cultured when it comes to that! He cooked us a four course meal consisting of crab cakes, butternut squash soup, filet for some and salmon for some and ending with creme brûlée. Every detail in the food did not go unnoticed and it was jam packed full of flavor from the sauce on the crab cakes to the asparagus with the perfectly cooked salmon! Oh and I can't forget to mention how fairly priced everything was! I would also like to say that Josh meshed so well with me and my friends that you would've never known that i had been the only one to meet him! I could go on and on about the food he cooked and his great personality! We haven't stopped talking about him and when will be the next time we can use his services!! I highly recommend Josh and already have to several people. Again please use Josh for any of your private chef needs and he will NOT disappoint!!
