FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is upfront and transparent. We charge a standard $99 diagnostic or evaluation, which is waived if you move forward with the repair. Before any work begins, we explain the issue, review all options, and provide clear pricing so there are no surprises. We focus on fair, honest pricing and only recommend work that’s truly needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start by listening to your concerns and scheduling a convenient time to come out. We perform a thorough diagnostic or evaluation, explain what we find in plain language, and go over all repair or replacement options upfront. We’re transparent with pricing, answer any questions, and never pressure you. Once you approve the work, we complete the job efficiently and make sure everything is running properly before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the industry for 5 years. Started as a helper learning how to install equipment at the University Of Florida. My lead had multiple decades of experience and I had hands on training on how to do the work the right way. I moved from FL to TN where I got certified for my Universal EPA certification allowing me to handle refrigerants. I then worked at multiple companies here in TN diagnosing and repairing broken equipment from all makes and models of manufactures.
