The Owner actually works with his crew!The crew that came out worked hard, they were respectful, and cleaned up after themselves. They left my property in better shape, not even counting all the work they did.My basement is now going to be a space I can use. They installed a French drain on my property to help with water flow and installed a tile drain and sump pump in my basement. This company takes expectations to a different level. I had 3 companies come out, Shield had the best to offer, and knew their stuff. There was no pressure to do extra things. I recommend them!"See more

We thought our water heater was shot, turns out it wasn’t and he was able to get it going while also offering us some great replacement options for when we are ready. We have another plumber who has done some work for us and Rapid Response beat our plumber in response time, troubleshooting, and in replacement cost. Drake was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. This company was so good, we are now strongly considering replacement even though it isn’t absolutely necessary right now. Regardless, this is our plumbing company from now on for sure."See more

Rachael Travis says, "I had a very unusual and traumatic event happen at my home. My 9 week old kitten went into a vent that was under a vanity in the bathroom and went through all the ductwork and somehow bypassed all parts of the HVAC and stopped at the fan. Of course, when the fan was turned on, it killed her. JASON came out, in conjunction with Lee Company. He was so respectful and so kind about the situation. I cried from the moment it happened until a day later when they could get there together and was still crying when I let them in which Im sure was a little awkward for them but they were just so nice and so sympathetic. JASON even asked me if I wanted to keep her body for burial. I didnt bc I just didnt want to see her that way but it was amazing of him to even think of that for me. I cant say enough about how wonderful and compassionate he was in this situation. I know this company usually deals with wild animals where people are not as emotionally involved so it was a relief to see someone be able to adjust to the situation. -Ashlee Olson"See more
