I called this morning and had a response almost immediately. Marcus was prompt and very detailed throughout this inspection. He took photos and explained was the problems were as well as going through the estimate and making sure I understood what was needed. If you’re looking for a company that values inspections and making sure your home is set, this is the company to call.

They responded quickly to my post looking for help getting rid of the moles in my yard. A technician came out quickly to evaluate the problem and the work was scheduled immediately and completed quickly. done They came back 2 weeks later to make sure the moles were gone. Great company to work with.

Ty came out to do an estimate for us and we couldn’t have asked for a more someone more knowledgeable! He took the time to explain what they’d do to fix our issue (mice in the attic) and why, and our quote was fairly priced. Although we ended up going with another company, and only because they offered a few more services that we felt better suited our complete issue, I highly recommend Complete AnimalRemoval for any critter-related projects you may have!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a FREE inspection as every home/project we work on is different.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an initial complimentary inspection to determine what animal we’re dealing with and the potential entry points. Once these factors are determined we write up an estimate to solve the problem for our customer at which point they’ll decide if they’d like to proceed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have several staff members as well as our owner who are certified wildlife biologist. Each of our employees is thoroughly trained and required to obtain a state trapping permit per the Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency.
