Introduction: I'm an art teacher and freelance illustrator. Over the last 10-plus years, I've been teaching art from kindergarten children and high-school students to adults. I have a bachelor's degree in fine arts and a master's degree in animation. My education provided me a strong and solid art foundation. Art teaching is very different with different age groups. I teach children art principles through my own developed art lessons. Children are able to produce unique art through their problem-solving ability and imagination by having fun with multiple drawing techniques. Big children and adults are able to concentrate on class requirements. We learn more art techniques and principles through observing by our own eyes. We use and experiment with many different techniques by sketching, watercolor painting, acrylic painting, and oil painting. I also encourage students to learn art history and appreciate different styles of art works.
