- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service calls have a $250 minimum. This is not just a call out fee, it covers up to 2 hours. This includes problem diagnostics and the replacement of (1) standard switch, receptacle or breaker. Troubleshooting diagnostics beyond this are billed for at $100 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-We contact the customer to discuss, identify and anticipate their needs. -We give the customer an estimate on the Job. -We are willing to make suggestions if needed. -Set and appointment, date, time and place and are respectful of the customers time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a four year apprenticeship program through I.E.C. (Independent Electrical Contractors) and I hold a masters license in Tennessee.
