- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What does my session include? Your total covers our time shooting, my careful hand editing of every image, and unlimited high-resolution downloads. I edit each photo individually so skin tones and colors look true to the day. Do you offer discounts? Yes. I offer 15 percent off for active military, clinical healthcare workers, and teachers. Is there a travel fee? Sessions outside Davidson County include a travel fee of 0.70 per mile.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we connect for a quick call to shape your vision and plan the flow. Email works if that is easier. Together we choose a session and location that feels true to you. When you are ready to book, I will send a simple contract and invoice. A $75 deposit secures your date and is applied to your total. Once you are on the calendar, you will receive a short questionnaire plus a welcome and outfit guide. For creative sessions, we will also build a shared Instagram album or Pinterest board to gather inspiration in one place.
