- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour - that includes phone calls, texts, in person house calls, shopping online and in-store, and any returns.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss what excites and frustrates you about your current situation - closet, style, wardrobe, body type, color palette for their skin tone and hair color. Then we discuss budget and I get an over all feel of where you want to go. Then we edit the closet, we shop for new items to integrate into what you currently own. Lastly we style looks for the current season.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Fashion Design. My expertise comes with experience and working with many clients. I have heard all of the pain points, and I strive at working with my clients to make them look and feel their best. Your closet should feel like a boutique you want to shop at!
