Holly I am sorry you were not happy with the cleaning we did. We did the same thing at your home that we do at everyone's home we clean. You ask us to do certain things and do them in a hurry and we did as you ask. It is very hard to pay attention to every little like we like to do when you ask us to hurry though. Talk to them on phone and find out what their needs are. Then we go to see the actual work that is needed to be done and negotiate a reasonable price. We try to have competitive prices that will make our customers happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was in the National Guard for 2 1/2 yrs. for maintenance engineering.
