We offer transparent, upfront pricing for all of our services: Residential diagnostic fee: $79.00 Commercial diagnostic fee: $129.00 per hour For customers looking to keep their systems running efficiently year-round, we offer residential maintenance plans starting at $120.00 per system. Our Club Members enjoy exclusive benefits, including: 10% discount on all repairs 5% discount on new system installations
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact Right Time HVAC, our goal is to make the process simple and stress-free from start to finish: Initial Contact – We’ll gather some basic information about your home or business and the issue you’re experiencing. Scheduling – Our team will schedule a convenient time for a technician to visit — often same-day or next-day. On-Site Diagnostic – A licensed technician will inspect your system, explain their findings, and provide clear options before any work begins. Upfront Pricing – You’ll receive transparent, no-pressure pricing for any recommended repairs, maintenance, or replacements. Service & Follow-Up – Once approved, we complete the work efficiently and follow up to ensure everything is running as expected. We strive to build lasting relationships by delivering honest communication, reliable service, and long-term comfort for every customer.
