One of my 2 AC condensers failed this week - first company I called came out right away & said I need $3800 to $13,000 worth of repairs or replacement - I knew something wasn’t right. I found Right Time HVAC on Thumbtack they came out next morning, fixed the problem (capacitor & misc) got it all working for $334. WOW what a difference. 5+ stars all the way

What a wonderful experience.. day after Thanksgiving my heater is not putting out heat and I called them and luckily they were able to come within the hour I was so happy. They were very polite and knew exactly how to quickly fix my heater !!!

Adam was fast, friendly, and a straight shooter with what needed to be done and how much it could be likely to cost to fix it right the first time. He took time to explain the issue and treated us as valued customers even though we'd only just met. They were able to schedule us the same day and he was here till well after 7pm but wasn't in a hurry or made us feel rushed to ask questions. Would definitely recommend, but hopefully you never have hvac issues!

We offer a $49.00 diagnostic fee for residential and a $89.00 diagnostic fee for commercial. We offer residential Maintenance plans starting at $120.00 per system. Our club members receive a 10% discount in repairs! 5% Discount on new installs!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting new customers, we typically try to meet customers on site for the first time so we can show you what type of customer service we can deliver!

collectively we have many industry certificates ranging from safety, equipment specific training, NATE certification, Universal EPA, state licensed, and Vocational level certificates for HVAC!
